The Las Vegas Raiders are in turmoil and minority owner Tom Brady is determined to help bring the organization out of choppy waters. They fired their coach, Antonio Pierce, and are looking to find their fifth HC in five years.

However, Brady has other responsibilities as well. He is also a broadcaster for FOX and has signed a "Godfather offer" contract worth $375 million for 10 years. Dan Patrick, on his show, highlighted that with his first offseason as the Raiders' part owner, he will have a tough time juggling his two big responsibilities.

"You have to put in your time. Tom can't even go and be in these meetings now. He can't even be there to talk to these people like the analysts normally do. So I think it was an offer he couldn't refuse, and then I think he probably realizes that, All right, I kind of like it, you know, it's kind of fun, but nothing compares to competing.'"

He may have gotten the new challenge he needed with his broadcasting gig, but as Dan Patrick said, Tom Brady is "one of the ultimate competitors." So, he will be trying to have as much effect on the Raiders' destiny as possible.

Tom Brady allegedly tried to woo Bill Belichick out of UNC

Looking for a new HC can be a daunting task, so Tom Brady went to the best option he could think of in the entire world of football. That is his coach from his days in the New England Patriots, with whom he won six Super Bowls.

Tom Pelissero had posted on X that multiple teams, including Brady and the Raiders, had enquired whether he would reconsider his move to college, and jump back into the NFL.

"Multiple NFL teams have inquired about whether legendary coach Bill Belichick would reconsider his move to college football – including the Raiders, whose new minority owner Tom Brady spoke recently with his old coach, per league sources."

However, if Belichick chooses to leave UNC, he would have to pay them $1 million. And $10 million if he wants to move out before that date. However, as Belichick had stated before, he "had not come to leave."

With Belichick out, Brady is eyeing Mike Vrabel for the role. Could Brady finally steal a deal for the Raiders with Mike? Or will they have to look for someone else to help turn around the team's fortunes?
