Jayden Daniels has taken the league by storm with the impressive rookie season he has put together with the Washington Commanders. He helped turn around the 4-13 Commanders from a season ago to an NFC Super Bowl-contending team, all while playing lights out the entire year.
The young dual-threat quarterback has received praise from many around the league and has even had some comparisons to established quarterbacks.
NFL wide receiver Davante Adams most recently compared the rookie to one of his former quarterbacks as he made an appearance on the "Up & Adams Show." Adams said he is reminded of Jordan Love when watching Daniels' tape and his mannerisms.
“He reminds me a lot of, just the temperament, the calmness, the smoothness out there, he’s a lot like Jordan Love," Adams said. "You never see him get worked up. He may put a ball out a little too far, somebody may not come down with it. Which doesn’t happen too much but if it does, you can just feel it’s like a veteran feel back there."

Adams further stated that he wanted the Raiders to draft Daniels in last year's draft.
"The kid is just sitting in the pocket, dialling it up, waiting for stuff to develop, hitting all the receivers, and running the ball, running through people, doing a little bit of everything. This is exactly why I wanted him in Vegas,” Adams added.
Jayden Daniels is having one of the best rookie seasons of all time
Jayden Daniels is having one of the best rookie seasons ever, not only as a quarterback but by any player in NFL history.
Daniels set rookie records for completion percentage (69.0%) and rushing yards (891) while throwing for 3,568 yards, 25 touchdowns, and nine interceptions.
In the postseason, Daniels has helped the Commanders reach their first NFC championship game in 33 years. He helped his team take down the NFC's No.1 seed as Washington defeated the Detroit Lions this past weekend on the road.
Including his two playoff wins against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Detroit Lions, Daniels has tied Ben Roethlisberger's record for most wins by a rookie quarterback with 14. He also became the second rookie quarterback to beat his conference's No. 1 seed (Joe Flacco.)
Jayden Daniels will have a chance to add to his historic rookie season with a chance of becoming the first rookie quarterback to lead his team to the Super Bowl. Do you think he will accomplish that?
