Derrick Henry lashes out at Titans fan

Derrick Henry was the big domino to fall in 2024 NFL Free Agency and when it did fall, boy did it shake up the AFC. After eight long years in Tennessee as a world-beater running back, the two-time rushing yards leader signed with the Baltimore Ravens on a two-year, $16 million deal, immediately making the Ravens offense one of the most intriguing units in the National Football League.

Given he spent eight years in Tennessee, there was bound to be a few long goodbyes but it appears one Titans fan took it a little too far this week.

A Titans fan on the social media platform X tweeted:

"If you root for Derrick Henry to the extent that you want the Ravens to win so much as a game, you are not the #Titans' fan you think you are. Period. Not up for debate.

"If they are on the goal line at the end of a game they are trailing by 4, and you want him to score, you are not the TEN fan you think you are."

Derrick Henry was quick to take notice of that remark, tweeting back at the fan saying:

"Paul go find something to do"

Derrick Henry spending an exorbitant amount to stay in shape in Year 9

The two-time NFL rushing touchdowns leader has always had a reputation for taking care of his body. A new report from The Athletic shed light on just how much money he spends to make sure he's in world-beating shape.

The Athletic's Dan Pompei found out that 'King Henry' spends nearly $240,000 a year on "body maintenance," which includes methods like hyperbaric oxygen and infrared saunas for advanced recovery. Elaborating on his diet, Henry told Pompei:

"I probably eat three chicken breasts, some rice and broccoli. Then I have some gluten-free pancakes, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, home fries and some steak."

It will be pretty damn fun to see Henry in a new-look Ravens offense given that the O-line is an immediate upgrade over the one he was playing with in Tennessee. Given Lamar Jackson also draws a lot of attention, it's also likely that Henry's presence opens up more avenues for both Jackson and 'King Henry' himself to flourish in Todd Monken's new offense.
