Derrick Henry's Baltimore Ravens suffered a devastating 27-25 loss to the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round of the AFC playoffs on Sunday. It ended their Super Bowl aspirations for another year after widely being recognized as a more complete offense than last year with the addition of the running back.
The Ravens' management was certainly grateful for Derrick Henry choosing Baltimore after leaving Tennessee and they made it clear even after being knocked out.
General Manager Eric DeCosta said:

"I'm just so grateful that Derrick chose us last year. I can honestly just say his attitude and the way that he played was amazing to watch."

The Ravens, as an organization, responded on social media, saying they were grateful too. Henry took a screenshot of that and posted a story with his own message, saying:
"Run it back"
Ravens HC John Harbaugh clarifies not using Derrick Henry to tie game vs. Bills
After the loss to the Bills, coach John Harbaugh was accused of not properly using Derrick Henry. For instance, the two-point conversion that would have tied the game featured Lamar Jackson throwing to Mark Andrews, who dropped the pass. There was no plan to try to utilize the running back, with an option for Jackson to take off depending on coverage.
However, Harbaugh came out after the narrow loss and said he was at peace with his decisions.
"I don't second-guess any of that."
John Harbaugh made it clear throughout the season that he was not going to depend only on Derrick Henry to bring him wins. He said after the season-opening defeat to the Chiefs:
"We didn't bring Derrick in here to be the guy that gets the ball 30 times a game. He's done that before. That's really not the plan. The plan is Derrick, Lamar, Mark (Andrews), Isaiah (Likely), Zay (Flowers), Bate (Rashod Bateman) and Nelly (Nelson Agholor). That's kind of the plan in this offense going forward."
It did not work out as planned against Buffalo and Baltimore is left thinking once again about what might have been. While Henry rushed for over 1,900 yards in the regular season and has promised to be back next year, he is already 31 years old.
Many believe the Ravens' Super Bowl window is now. They lost in the AFC Championship game last year and in the divisional round this year. That is a regression that must be reversed for them to get the appropriate return on Henry.
