Cleveland Browns star Deshaun Watson's 2024 season ended last week. The quarterback injured himself in the Week 7 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. On Friday, the Browns revealed that Watson's surgery for an ACL tear was successful, and the quarterback has been placed on injury reserve.

On Saturday, Watson's girlfriend Jilly Anais took to her Instagram story to share an emotion-filled note following the quarterback's successful ACL surgery. Sharing his gratitude to God, Anais wrote:

"Dear Lord, today, I come bold and full faith, knowing You are God of overflow. Just like Ephesians 3:20 says, You've got more lined up for us than we can even dream of. Teach us to chill in the waiting, trusting that You're working behind the scenes."

The Cleveland Browns shared details about Watson's injury, which included:

"QB Deshaun Watson underwent successful surgery today to repair his ruptured right Achilles tendon. The surgery was performed by Dr. Bob Anderson, a foot and ankle specialist in Charlotte, NC, and a full recovery is expected."

Jilly Anais was present at the Huntington Bank Field when Deshaun Watson injured his right ACL. Despite Browns' 21-14 loss to the Bengals, Anais was nothing but proud of the quarterback. Following the game, the model posted a 3-word declaration, replying to fans' criticism towards Watson.

Myles Garrett ripped Browns fans for cheering Deshaun Watson's injury

When Deshaun Watson lay hurt on the Huntington Bank Field, many Browns fans were spotted booing the quarterback. Fans' heartless actions didn't land well with Browns defensive end Myles Garrett.

Speaking about the incident to the media following the game, Garrett said:

"We don't boo guys that are injured on the field, especially when the cart comes out. We should be ashamed of ourselves as Browns and as fans for booing anyone and their downfall. Could be season-altering, career-altering injury. Man is not perfect. He doesn't need to be. None of us expect to be perfect."

Apart from Myles Garrett, Browns backup quarterback Jamie Winston also came forward in support of Deshaun Watson. Winston revealed being upset by fans' behavior.

Apart from Watson, safety Geno Stone and left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. were also injured during the game.
