DeVonta Smith proposes to girlfriend Mya Danielle with $18,850 diamond engraved engagement ring

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith proposed to his girlfriend. On New Year's Eve, he popped the question to Mya Danielle, marking a spectacular end to 2024 with a stunning rooftop proposal. Danielle shared the joyous moment on Instagram.

"Went on a ROCK climbing adventure with my forever tonight 🥹💍🤍🥂," Danielle captioned.

The couple stood beneath a vibrant flower arch decorated with roses and sunflowers, while candles illuminated the romantic setting.

The Eagles star selected a breathtaking 3.05-carat Ashley Engagement Ring from Forever Diamonds, New York. The custom setting features 2.32 carats of lab-grown diamonds and a GIA-certified center stone, graded D in color and VS1 in clarity. The site lists the price as $18,850.

Despite the rain, the couple radiated happiness in their matching black outfits. A violinist added musical charm to the magical moment as Smith slipped the ring onto Danielle's finger.

The proposal caps off a remarkable year for the couple, who welcomed their daughter Kyse in October 2023 and recently announced they're expecting their second child.

DeVonta Smith and Danielle's relationship has blossomed since going public on Instagram in June 2023. Their daughter Kyse celebrated her first birthday in October, with Danielle posting photos of her in a pink dress.

"Hello Kyse turns ONE! Happy 1st birthday to my sweet baby love. Time has went by so fast I can't believe she's one already. 🤍💗," Danielle wrote, adding playfully, "by the end of the shoot she started acting like her da and was over the pictures 🤣," Danielle captioned.

On Dec. 25, the couple shared holiday photos featuring matching navy blue outfits, with Danielle proudly displaying her baby bump.

"Happy Holidays from our growing family🤍❄️," Danielle captioned.

The former Heisman Trophy winner has shown equal prowess on the field this season. Smith has recorded 68 receptions for 833 yards and eight touchdowns in 13 games, helping the Eagles secure a 13-3 record and the NFC East title.
