Jay Pharoah takes issue with Joe Burrow's backless suit at Paris fashion show - "Does he have a moth problem?"

Joe Burrow's offseason has been interesting to follow. The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback lost Tyler Boyd to the market, almost lost Tee Higgins - and will probably be without him for the future 2025 season - and, more recently, appeared on a Paris fashion show with a rather interesting suit that, more impressively, had nothing on his back.

One could call this a fashion choice, but not everybody was feeling the idea. One of those critics was Jay Pharoah, the American actor, who wanted to know why did Burrow had such an idea to wear this suit:

What happened to his back? What, who ate the back of his suit? I want to know who got so hungry. Does he have a moth problem? What is going on.

Joe Burrow looks for a bounce-back season after missing a huge part of 2023 due to recurrent injuries. After a slow start to the year due to a calf injury, he recovered in time to help the Bengals make a run to the playoffs. However, he suffered an injury on his throwing hand, which was later deemed a torn ligament, and he was out for the remainder of the season due to surgery.

Jake Browning took over, and did a decent job filling in for the remainder of the season, but he was nowhere near Burrow's level. Without the starter quarterback, the Cincinnati Bengals struggled and were able to finish the season with a positive record, but missed the playoffs for the first time since 2020.

Joe Burrow's contract: How much does he earn?

The Bengals superstar has the biggest contract in the NFL related to the average per year, earning $55 million in a five-year, $275 million deal with Cincinnati that recently was tied by Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

However, Joe Burrow's contract is more expensive - which is a natural thing to do as one of the best quarterbacks in the league. If you put the numbers aside and consider the cap hit for each of them, the Bengals are paying Burrow almost 3% more when related to the salary cap than the Jaguars will pay Lawrence.
