Miami Dolphins star Jordan Poyer's wife, Rachel Bush, was quite disappointed by Joe Biden's performance against Donald Trump at the first US presidential election debate on June 27, 2024.

She highlighted how Biden, despite being President of the United States of America, is actually not the one running the country. Bush claimed that Biden was "just a puppet", and she felt sad for him. She expressed her disappointment via a post on X and said:

"How long are we going to pretend and act like Biden is the one running this country. I honestly just feel sad for him. He’s not choosing to be there, just a puppet and last night should have all Americans asking questions as to what is really going on here."

Rachel Bush is not the first to make such remarks about President Biden, and the debate last night left many others stunned. Although Biden is just three years older than Donald Trump, the difference in both's physical condition was visible to everyone.

It will be fascinating to see what transpires in the next debate, which will take place on September 10th, 2024. Currently, Trump and the Republicans maintain a firm position over their opponents.

A lot of people were active on social media when the debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was taking place. NFL stars including Antonio Brown, Dez Bryant, and Kyle Hamilton also voiced their opinions on the topic and were concerned about the situation.

"You can’t tell me this dude is fit to be a president", said Antonio Brown while taking about President Biden

Baltimore Ravens star Kyle Hamilton claimed that the two-party system is flawed. He said:

"On a serious note, the two-party system is flawed imo. Zero bipartisanship is divisive and hurts everyone in the long run."

In contrast, former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was in a light mood and found the humorous side of the debate. He said:

"IM BEGGING YALL TO TUNE INTO THIS DAMN DEBATE IF YALL NOT WATCHING, PURE COMEDY!, AIRING EACH OTHER OUT IS PURE RACHET WORK." said Dez Bryant.

New York Giants offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor voiced his concern about why no younger people are running for president. He is one of many who believe that the country would benefit from a younger president instead of a 78-year-old and an 81-year-old.
