Pittsburgh Steelers fans were anything but happy about Russell Wilson's Christmas Day performance against the Kansas City Chiefs. The veteran quarterback has lost his touch in the last two or three weeks, failing to lead the Steelers to wins. The team even lost the advantage they had over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North division.
After Russ failed to beat the Chiefs on Christmas, plenty of fans shared their thoughts on his performance. They made it clear that they are done with the former Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos quarterback following another subpar performance.
"alright NOW i'm done with this Russell Wilson experiment," one fan said.

Others jumped on this train and kept blasting Russell Wilson, repeating they were done with the veteran.
"I might be over the Russell Wilson experience after today. Every mistake has been on him so far," one fan said.
"Russel Wilson is not it. Please don’t bring him back next year," another fan said.
"Wilson showing what he really is lately. Probably a top 25 QB, but between 20 and 25, Derek Carr level. They were 4-2 with Fields, now 6-4 with Wilson. Should have just went with Fields all year, see what he is. Now they probably move on from both," another fan said.
Others made fun of the player and the decisions he made during the game. Some went on to say that he should call it a career after this season.
"Russell Wilson it’s time to hang it up buddy," one fan said.
Russell Wilson explains what Steelers must do to have higher chances to win
While fans were blasting him on social media, Wilson talked with reporters about what it would take for the team to avoid getting crushed like they were against the Chiefs.
"I think [losing early] is a huge part to it. We got to start early in the games and get the first first down, then get the next play, and make the next thing happen. Hopefully, you'll have a touchdown drive on the first drive of the game. It's really critical.
"It doesn't define the game, though, but it definitely helps. I think what's really important for us is to continue to search for that, continue to find ways to get first downs, touchdowns early in the game, especially in the first drive or two. That would be huge," he said.
The Steelers will close out the NFL season against the Cincinnati Bengals and if they don't make adjustments, Joe Burrow and Co. could worsen their situation.
