Patrick Mahomes helped the Kansas City Chiefs win two back-to-back Super Bowls. They have a golden opportunity this season to become the first team in NFL history to win three back-to-back Super Bowl championships.
NFL legend Drew Brees appeared in an interview with Clutch Points, talking about Mahomes. The former quarterback was mesmerized by the Chiefs star and called him "extremely smart."
"He is extremely smart, he is very capable," Brees said. "He can make every throw. He's got ultimate confidence. He's wise though, he takes care of the ball. He knows situations, he knows how to play the game. He knows how to manipulate the game.”
Brees acknowledged that all these qualities of Mahomes rightly fit to win "a lot of football games."

Patrick Mahomes gets honest with the tight-packed schedule of the Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs had three matches in 11 days and are even scheduled to play on Christmas.
Patrick Mahomes opened up about the tight-packed schedule and acknowledged that players don't want to play too many games in a short time, but he called it part of his work.
“You never want to play this many games in this short of time,” Mahomes said via Clutch Points. “It's just not great for your body. But at the end of the day, it's your job, your profession. You have to come to work and do it.”
The Kansas Chiefs are on a five game winning streak.
This month, they won all three games and will face Pittsburgh on Wednesday. The Chiefs last played against Houston on December 21 and won 27-19, and prior to that, they won against Cleveland in Week 15 and Los Angeles in Week 14.
