US President Joe Biden loves football. He played the sport at Delaware and has attended various high-profile games, including Super Bowl LII, which his beloved Philadelphia Eagles won against the New England Patriots.
And speaking of the Eagles, he was spotted over the weekend wearing a black T-shirt with the team logo at a vacation on the beaches of Rehoboth with his wife Jill:

But some Eagles fans were unwilling to accept Biden as one of them:

"That doesn't mean we accept him as a fan"
"Didn't need another reason to hate the eagles"
"dude probably can't name 3 players," another fan said.
More of the disdain can be seen below:
"He needs to take it off," one demanded.
"Million dollar question. Who put it on him?" another asked.
"Eagles now won’t win the super bowl," another predicted.
An overview of President Biden's final football stories as he nears the end of his tenure
Last month, Joe Biden surprised the world by announcing that he would stand for re-election even though campaigning had already long been underway, stepping aside for his Vice-President Kamaka Harris. Just before he leaves office, here are some of his final stories about football.
Back in early May, he visited the small village of Sturtevant, Wisconsin just south of Milwaukee. During his speech, he sought to recall this old tale about his past support of the Green Bay Packers in high school:
"We were the only high school in Delaware who overwhelmingly rooted for Green Bay. Not a joke, I'll tell you why: Every single Sunday. Not only did they have great teams at the time, still do, but my theology professor at the Catholic school I went to was a guy named Riley, last name. And he had been drafted by the Packers," Biden said per Outkick.
At the end of the month, he welcomed the Kansas City Chiefs for their Super Bowl LVIII celebration and said:
"I know you led a future Hall of Famer head coach, quarterback, tight end, (and) defensive tackle. But I think the secret to this team’s success is a GM, an offensive coordinator, a pass-game coordinator, and they all played at the greatest school in America, my alma mater football team, the University of Delaware. That’s why you’re all so good."
Biden's term will expire in January 2025, during the NFL playoffs.
