Last night, in his third game back since suffering a concussion in Week 2, Tua Tagovailoa led the Miami Dolphins to a much-needed Monday night victory against the Los Angeles Rams.

Tagovailoa completed 20-of-28 passes for 207 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in their 23-15 win. This was the first time the Dolphins won a game since Tagovailoa returned, after previously falling to the Buffalo Bills and Arizona Cardinals, each by three points or less.

Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III feels more confident in Miami making a late-season run with Tua back. Griffin III tweeted:

"Miami isn’t your normal 3-6 team. With Tua Tagovailoa back they have better energy and confidence on both sides of the ball. They aren’t out of the playoff hunt and it’s gonna be a wild last half of the season."

Before last night's game, the Dolphins had one of the worst records in the NFL at 2-6.

The Dolphins are the No. 10 seed in the AFC, a spot behind the Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Bengals, who are 0.5 games above them with a 4-6 record.

How realistic is it that Tua Tagovailoa's Miami Dolphins make the playoffs, currently being 3-6?

Per NFL.com, the Miami Dolphins are currently "on the bubble" of clinching a playoff spot. The Dolphins have just a 10% chance of making the playoffs.

With the AFC having many losing teams, it isn't far-fetched for Miami to make the playoffs; they just have to go on a mid-season to late-season run.

The Dolphins could pull off a late-season run, considering their remaining schedule isn't that tough. They'll face the New York Jets twice, the Las Vegas Raiders, the New England Patriots, the Cleveland Browns, the San Francisco 49ers, the Houston Texans and the Green Bay Packers.
