Allison Kuch, the wife of former Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Isaac Rochell, posted an Instagram story on Saturday outlining her main objectives for 2025. Some of the goals that she mentioned were to 'romanticize life’s everyday moments,' 'keep her family happy and healthy,' 'live fully in the present,' and 'become the woman she would look up to.'
Allison met Issac at the University of Notre Dame, where Isaac was a member of the football team. They began dating in 2013, and within a year, in 2014, they made their relationship public on Instagram.
Following six years of dating, the pair tied the knot in 2020 and again in 2021 at a destination wedding held at the Acre Resort in San José del Cabo, Mexico. Their daughter, Scottie Bee, was born in 2023 and the couple celebrated her first birthday in December. Allison shared a clip on Instagram:

"Perfect day for a perfect girl."
This year, the couple had a special Christmas celebration with a lot of family time.
Allison Kuch's goals for 2025 could be linked to some of the adversity she has faced in previous years and could help her approach future challenges.
When Isaac Rochell's wife Allison Kuch shared her postpartum journey
In October, Allison Kuch appeared on "The Squeeze" podcast with host Taylor Lautner. Kuch shared her postpartum experiences and discussed the difficulties an NFL lifestyle has on a family, what with Isaac Rochell moving teams multiple times.
Kuch described postpartum as:
"A journey. There's been a lot of high highs and a lot of low lows. It's the biggest hormone change anybody goes through in their life. The fact that our identity has been so focused on football, then my husband got released from his job and then I gave birth and then we were moving and I was like, 'I do not like this.'
"And it made me so sad, cos I don't wanna ever associate any part of me being sad with my daughter's birth. Totally fulfilled being a mom but am I fulfilled in what I want to do in my life, find my identity outside of being Scottie's mom?"
Kuch elaborated on how she tries to find that individual sense of fulfillment:
"Falling back in love with what you like to do. Okay, if you have an hour to yourself, like, let's go out and do something for Alli. What does Alli like to do? Definitely don't have it down packed though."
Isaac Rochell's NFL career has seen a lot of changes. After being chosen in the seventh round of the 2017 draft, he began his career with the Los Angeles Chargers. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for just one season in 2021 and has played for the Cleveland Browns and then the Raiders since.
Just one month before his daughter Scottie was born in November 2023, Isaac Rochell was cut by the Las Vegas Raiders. Rochell has been a free agent ever since and is thinking about retiring.
