After departing the Kansas City Chiefs with two Super Bowl wins, Eric Bieniemy was named the Washington Commanders' new offensive coordinator. Bieniemy's name was once again on the list of available head coaching positions, but he was unable to get one.
Every year, many people flock to Bieniemy's defense when he is passed over for a head coaching position, but former Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy provided a concise analysis on why Bieniemy does not deserve to be an NFL head coach.

Here's what LeSean McCoy said about Eric Bieniemy on SPEAK:

"What's his value? What makes him a good offensive coordinator? See, the problem is a lot of these people that go on social media, oh, he should be the guy for the job. They haven't played there. They're not in the locker room. I've been in the rooms where he's coaching and he has nothing to do with the pass game at all, the plays are designed by Andy Reid."
McCoy continued:
"I can tell you, Andy Reid, or Doug Peterson, but when asked about Eric Biniemy, what makes him good? We watched the film or practices and we correct… the quarterbacks, he doesn't talk in there, Andy Reid talks in there. He may say things that are running back because ex-running back coach, I get that but he has no real responsibility."
This isn't the first time that LeSean McCoy has publicly criticized the former Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator and it won't be the last.
Nobody knows whether what McCoy said is true or not, but everything will be revealed once Bieniemy starts working in Washington without Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes.
Eric Bieniemy has a tough challenge ahead in Washington

As LeSean McCoy mentioned, Eric Bieniemy may be exposed as a lousy offensive coordinator in Washington, where he will not have Mahomes or coach Reid to bail him out.
Bieniemy must now perform miracles with quarterback Sam Howell, who has only made one start in his NFL career. The Washington Commanders have quality players such as Terry McLaurin, Brian Robinson Jr., and Jahan Dotson, but the job will be difficult.
It would be interesting to see if coach Eric Bieniemy can prove his worth in Washington or if LeSean McCoy stands corrected.
