Daniel Jones and the New York Giants are 2-5 to start the season. With the Giants facing divisional rival the Philadelphia Eagles, the team finally lost its patience with the QB.
The Giants gave up 28 points to the Eagles by the start of the fourth quarter while managing only three points themselves.
HC Brian Daboll then pulled the plug on Jones and sent Drew Lock into the game. The team had acquired him from the Seattle Seahawks after the end of last season.

Fans' demands had finally been answered. They took to social media to voice their thoughts.
"Get Daniel Jones Off This F*cking Team"
Another fan echoed the sentiment and said that it may be the final time that Jones is donning a Giants uniform.
"Jones is done in a Giants uniform"
"$160M," another fan highlighted his contract.
"Are we saved???" one fan asked if Drew Lock would be the answer.
"He should have been replaced the second half..." another fan said.
"Hate to break it to everyone but Lock is just as bad, if not worse, than Jones," another fan criticized Drew Lock.
Daniel Jones and the Giants are in a tough spot
Daniel Jones has now set a personal record, but not a good one. He has not thrown a TD pass in their last four home games, and the Giants as a team has just 10 points to its name after the last two games.
Rookie wideout Malik Nabers had been listed as active after missing two games due to a concussion. However, he failed to move the needle for the Giants.
The Eagles also sacked Jones five times in the first half alone. They're set to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers next week. Will they finally redeem themselves under Drew Lock perhaps?
