The New York Jets are arguably the most entertaining franchise in the NFL this year but for all the wrong reasons. A lot has happened since the Jets made the decision to bring Aaron Rodgers' old friend Davante Adams to town but despite trading a conditional third-round pick for the former Raiders All-Pro in October, the Jets offense has failed to put enough points on the board.
As a result, the franchise fired Robert Saleh and, six weeks later, let GM Joe Douglas go. Between rumors of the Jets asking security to escort Saleh out the door and of franchise owner Woody Johnson flying in on a helicopter in the middle of practice to fire Douglas, several reports have given an inside look into the state of the franchise. This week, Aaron Rodgers was asked if the Jets locker room had a mole supplying these stories to journalists. Rodgers' response was that he was '100%' certain that was the case.
The four-time NFL MVP's hunch got some backing from New York Giants legend Tiki Barber, who agreed the Jets locker room could have a snitching problem.
“He’s right about that. Think about the Dianna Russini and Zack Rosenblatt stories. It’s great reporting by them, I have no ill will towards them. But that’s a leak! Everything that happened. Woody Johnson’s helicopter coming down. Joe Douglas and exactly what he said. It’s a leak," Barber said.

Aaron Rodgers flip-flops on NFL future with the Jets
The Jets are looking at massive changes in the offseason, starting from the GM and head coach positions. With Rodgers approaching his 41st birthday on December 2, the four-time MVP was frequently asked about his thoughts on his future in the league.
Rodgers went from leaning towards being certain of playing in 2025 to saying he was still undecided. This week, he told reporters why he wasn't absolutely certain of the same.
"There's uncertainty with everybody on the staff, so I'm not naive to what the situation is. If a new GM comes in and they don't retain Brick [Jeff Ulbrich], I have to fit in those plans.
"This is my first option. I'd love to play here if I end up deciding to play, but there's got to be the want for them to want to bring me back and for me to want to play. But 'I think so' was the truth and 'I'm not 100% sure' is also the truth today," Rodgers told reporters.
On the Up and Adams Show on Wednesday, Rodgers' teammate Garrett Wilson further fuelled rumors that Rodgers would be done this season by saying:
“The way I approached this season coming into it was that this was our one chance to go and get it… anything on top of that is like a cherry on top.”
