Tom Brady and his Tampa Bay Buccaneers hit a new low on Thursday night. Their 27-22 loss to Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens made it three consecutive defeats and five losses in their last six games.

The story of the game was the Ravens' ability to run all over the once-vaunted Tampa Bay defense to the tune of 231 rushing yards. With Brady and his team seriously struggling, it didn't take long for NFL fans to give their thoughts on the Buccaneers' tough time.

One fan took a personal shot at Brady, saying that his wife Gisele Bundchen and Antonio Brown are the happiest people on the planet right now.

As expected, there were plenty of other fans who were just dying to give their two cents worth, with the Buccaneers' season going down the drain.

Given how the majority of his career has gone, Brady is certainly in unchartered territory and is in danger of potentially missing the playoffs. The last time that happened was in 2008.

Tom Brady and Buccaneers in crisis mode

If alarm bells weren't ringing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before, they are now. For the first time in his NFL career, Brady is now two games under .500. Tampa Bay is in full-blown crisis mode.

Against the Ravens, Tampa Bay lost on just about every key stat. The Ravens had more total yards (453 to 349), more plays (74 to 62), seven more first downs and had the ball for an astonishing 17 more minutes.

You aren't winning football games with those numbers.

If the Atlanta Falcons can take care of the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, then Tampa Bay will relinquish top spot in the NFC South. Something many thought would never happen throughout the season.

But that is where Tampa is at right now. Stuck in a rut with a bleak outlook. We should be careful about sticking the knife into the Buccaneers' season, especially with the 45-year-old legendary quarterback at the helm.

But... he isn't looking like that player right now and Tampa Bay is simply struggling to keep its head above water.

The Buccaneers have to turn things around and quick, otherwise a season that promised so much will be over with months remaining.
