Gisele Bundchen pulls off power move remodeling her $11.5 million Miami mansion situated right across Tom Brady's beach pad

Model Gisele Bundchen is moving on after her divorce from Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady. In October, she bought a home in Miami near Brady's. While his is still under construction, Bundchen is putting her own stamp on her new home and is making major renovations to the $11.5 million house.

The 6,600 square foot home has five bedrooms and is located just across the water from the Bucs quarterback. Gisele was seen at the home this week speaking with contractors and looking as if she was making decisions about the renovations. The former Victoria's Secret model didn't look pleased with the progress that was being made on the home.

The new home's location is ideal for both the former couple and their children as well. Seeing as close they will be to both parents. Brady's home is located in the Indian Creek community, a private neighborhood located in Biscayne Bay in Miami.

The $30 million property was intended to be the couple's dream home and is still under construction. The quarterback now has sole possession of the house. While Bundchen's is located across the water in Surfside, both houses are within view of each other. Gisele Bundchen also bought a property in February before Brady's retirement.

Many have wondered just how long Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were dealing with issues in their marriage. The couple didn't appear to be separated until the summer when it was initially presumed that things had taken a turn. However, could their divorce have been in the works since early 2022?

In February, before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback even announced his un-retirement from the NFL, Gisele made a significant real estate investment. She purchased a home in the Miami area for $1.25 million. The sale was finalized in June 2022 with only her name on the sale documents.

The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bedroom home is just a little over 1,800 square feet. This is a much smaller property than the others they have purchased in the past.

The home is not as close to Brady's as the newest property she purchased. This one is about 15 minutes from the Indian Creek neighborhood. Considering the home is only in her name, it could be argued that the model was making a move for the future.

Some have said that she was intending to have her own place if the marriage were to fall apart. However, with both parties keeping quiet about their personal lives, nothing can be concluded for certain.
