Hailee Steinfeld joins Josh Allen's teammates and their partners for Bills Christmas party

Hailee Steinfeld, who is engaged to Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, was present at the team's annual Christmas party. Organized amid the excitement of the Bills' playoff aspirations, the party was a cheerful gathering for players and their partners.

Flaunting a lovely red knee-length dress paired with a long coat, Steinfeld embraced the holiday spirit.

Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen announced their engagement in November. The soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. shared the update with their fans on Instagram. They also posted a picture showing Josh popping the question to Hailee during a romantic lakeside setup adorned with candles and roses.

In a candid Q&A featured in Steinfeld's Beau Society newsletter on Dec. 6, Josh Allen shared the moments that led up to the lakeside proposal that left fans swooning.

As per Josh, Steinfeld unknowingly teased him by jumping on the bed and asking:

"Can we get married already?! What are you waiting for?"

Little did she know, he had planned to pop the question that very day.

As the proposal took place, the NFL QB recalled saying to Hailee:

"I couldn’t wait any longer. I can’t wait to start a family with you.”

However, Allen said he was on edge throughout the day as he was worried Steinfeld might catch wind of his plans.

Josh Allen's Bills pushing for AFC playoff run

The Bills edged out the Patriots in Week 16 to remain in contention for the AFC’s top seed. With a 12-3 record, the Bills are firmly positioned as the No. 2 seed. However, they could climb to No. 1 if they win their final two games and the Kansas City Chiefs falter.

Currently, the Chiefs sit atop the conference with a 14-1 record. They need one more win or a loss from the Bills to clinch the coveted first-round bye and home-field advantage. However, Buffalo holds the head-to-head tiebreaker thanks to a Week 11 victory over Kansas City.

Buffalo’s upcoming schedule features a Week 17 clash against the New York Jets. It will be followed by a divisional rematch with the New England Patriots.

That said, the Bills’ playoff berth is secure. They cannot fall lower than the No. 3 seed after the Houston Texans' recent loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
