New York Jets fans were frustrated with Aaron Rodgers after he reflected on his two years with the Jets. It is rumored that Rodgers, who signed a three-year, $112.5 million contract with the Jets following the trade in April 2023, will be released by the Jets in the offseason.
New York traded for Rodgers' in hopes of leading the team to a Super Bowl. However, he tore his Achilles in his first game and this season, the Jets have gone 4-12. Heading into Week 18, Rodgers says it has been the best two years of his life.
“Gratitude," Rodgers said. "It’s been the best two years of my life. That’s a perspective adjustment that happened during the rehab process last year. Just the excitement, falling back in love with the game. It’s been a lot of fun.
"On the been it’s been short of expectations, no doubt, but this game is more than that. Obviously wish things would’ve gone better on the field but nothing but gratitude for this time in my life."

"Sounds like he’s giving his I’m done speech before the last game coming up Sunday," a fan wrote.
"yeah he's gone," a fan added.
Some believe Rodgers could retire after this season based on his comments as of late.
"“thanks for paying me huge money at the end of my career when everyone but you knew I was washed up “ is what he should have said," a fan added.
"It's been the easiest for sure also. Laughing right to the bank," a fan added.
Rodgers has gone 345-for-548 for 3,623 yards, 24 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
The Jets will end its season at home against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

"This game has given me a lot," he said, via ESPN. "I've given a lot back to it, and I'm thankful for it. I won't be thinking about that on game day. I'll just be enjoying this. I'm trying to stay in the moment, but, of course, it's been a long career.
"I'm really proud of what I've been able to be a part of, what I've been able to accomplish, and I'm also looking forward to a nice mental and physical rest."
