"He's locked the f**k in" - Raiders fans charmed by Tom Brady's work ethic following Commanders vs Lions

Las Vegas Raiders fans are pleased with how serious Tom Brady is taking his role with the team. He became a minority owner in October.

Although Brady is commentating games for FOX, he flew to Las Vegas to be part of the head coaching interviews for the Raiders.

Following the news, Raiders fans were thrilled by it.

"Only name that matters.. Brady... the other guys don's matter," a fan said.

"Brady is locked the f**k in, need him to sell Newmark on the Ben Johnson duo package," a fan wrote.

"Brady is allowed to participate in the interviews?" a fan asked.

Some believe Brady will help pick the right coach for Las Vegas.

"Tom Brady is working hard to build Raiders’ organization from the ground up to get it back to greatness & out of the disaster it’s been for 20+ years. Love to see it," one fan commented.

"tommy’s been busy," a fan said.

"If I were a Raiders fan I would love this. If I was an old Raiders fan I would think I lived in a simulation after witnessing the tuck rule game," one fan wrote.

Many are thrilled that Brady is helping their team win games.

"Awesome news. Let's fix this organization and #JustWinBaby," one fan wrote.

"Let The NEW ERA START IN LAS VEGAS," a fan wrote.

"my goat is locked tf in," a fan commented.

The Raiders went 4-13 and will have the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

Tom Brady will have 'huge' say on Raiders coach

Although Tom Brady is only a minority owner, he will be a big part of the coaching search.

According to Raiders owner Mark Davis, he expects the legendary quarterback to have a huge say on the franchise.

"I want Tom to have a huge voice. No question about it," Davis said in December, via CBS. "It's part of building the infrastructure of the organization, which is something that we didn't have... a football person on that side of it that's not a coach or a general manager, but somebody who can oversee the whole picture. And I believe Tom, in time, will be the person who can do that.

"He's got a great ability to communicate on a level that people can understand and not trying to talk over them. I'm excited and really grateful that he's part of the Raiders organization."

The Raiders haven't made the playoffs since the 2021 season.
