Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are not where they want to be. After seven games, the Packers are sitting at 3-4 and are two games behind the NFC North-leading Minnesota Vikings.
Rodgers has come under fire for his comments on The Pat McAfee Show where he stated that the team is making too many mental mistakes. He also said that perhaps it is time for some personnel changes and give players who have been on the sidelines a chance.
This has irked many Green Bay fans with one taking to Twitter and asking if Aaron Rodgers has evaluated his own play after his team has lost three of their last four games.

"How about he elevates his play? Some introspection, perhaps?"

We are only seven games into a 17 game season, so there is time, but it is quickly running out. The Packers need to start winning games, and now.
That is easier said than done with Buffalo Bills (Sunday night), Detroit Lions, Dallas Texans, Tennessee Titans, and the Philadelphia Eagles all on the schedule in the next four weeks.
Given what we have seen so far, those games will be incredibly tough. One would imagine that the Packers will have to win at least three of those and hope the Vikings faulter to gain ground.
Having such a young receiving group, there was always going to be ups and downs. Green Bay is certainly going through a down period after losing three of its last four games.
The young group is gaining experience, but the team is losing games. Something has to give and as Aaron Rodgers said, maybe it is time for some personnel changes. Players that have been on the sidelines need to get their chance, as the team looks to turn around its fortunes.
With Buffalo up next, the Packers will not want to get blown off the field. It is built as a marquee matchup, but Green Bay is heading into it as serious underdogs. Things need to change, and the first step is getting a win over the Bills on Sunday night.
