IN PHOTOS: Alix Earle recaps fancy lunch date with Braxton Berrios and friends

When life gave Miami Dolphins wide receiver Braxton Berrios a season-ending injury, he packed his bags with girlfriend Alix Earle and left for a tropical escape to St. Barths. Earle treated her Instagram followers with a recap of their luxurious vacation, a mix of beachside bliss, gourmet indulgence and lively gatherings.

The highlight of all the pictures from the carousel was where Earle and Berrios matched footsteps in a party scene. The TikTok Influencer raised her arms with abandon while the receiver smiled behind her.

In another picture, Alix wore an off-the-shoulder top adorned with floral details. The follow-up photo showed her enjoying the ocean breeze on a yacht. Moreover, with the cerulean waters and a mountainous island as the backdrop, the photo was a scene from a Trave+Leisure magazine.

Midway through the carousel, foodies were treated to a sneak peek of the couple’s culinary adventures. Alix shared a pasta lover's dream in the next shot, a bowl of rigatoni crowned with truffle shavings. Rounding out the gastronomic montage was a close-up of caviar.

Well, all the escapades came on the heels of a challenging season for Braxton Berrios. In Week 7, he suffered a season-ending ACL injury during a game against the Colts.

On December 17, as Alix Earle turned 24, Braxton Berrios put up a heartwarming message for the Tiktok Influencer on Instagram.

"Happy birthday to this amazing woman," Braxton wrote.

He called Alix his best friend and the person he leans on while pledging his love and wrote:

"Watching you take on the world in stride is a simple joy in my life. You’re loved by everybody you meet and that’s a testament to your heart and the person you are. I’m honored to call that person mine. You’re my best friend, the person I can always lean on, and I feel lucky to walk into year 24 with you. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you sweetheart, I love you."

Now, although placed on injured reserve, he's spending quality time with Alix Earle.
