Chicago Bears beat the Cincinnati Bengals 27-3 on Saturday game as Olympic legend Simone Biles cheered for husband Jonathan Owens. For Bears game day, Biles went with an Owens-customized jacket but with the Green Bay Packers logo, which landed her in trouble with the fans.

After the game, Owens and Biles went for a candlelit dinner at Maple & Ash, a restaurant and bar in Chicago. The Olympic champion shared pictures from her dinner date on her Instagram story. In one snapshot, she flaunted a special "Olympic f**king champion" menu dedicated to her, alongside the Bears safety.

The couple was accompanied by the USA Gymnastics team, who cheered for a toast.

The dinner date came almost a week after Owens revealed planning a special Simone Biles-themed celebration for the new NFL season. On a "Hard Knocks" episode on Tuesday, Owens talked about the plan with Josh Blackwell and Elijah Hicks.

Blackwell suggested Owens to go for a backflip to celebrate turnovers. However, the Bears safety didn't appear impressed and suggested doing a salute instead. It's a reference to Simone Biles, who made the same gesture during her floor final at the Olympics in Paris.

Simone Biles hits back at fans for trolling Jonathan Owens

Jonathan Owens took Bears-approved leave to visit Paris and cheer for his wife, Simone Biles, at the Olympics. The global sporting event was a success for the gymnast, as she had her husband by her side throughout. During his Paris trip, Owens regularly posted pictures with Simone Biles.

On July 31 on Instagram, Owens posted pictures in which he had her Olympic medal around his neck. Fans trolled the safety for wearing her gold. Biles got furious about the criticism and called out the trolls.

"Crazy thing is, I put my medal on every single one of my family members and took pictures, so don't ever make like y'all assumptions are so f**king miserable. Leave us alone," Simone Biles commented on TikTok user Kiera Breaugh's video criticizing Owens.

"I'm honored to be told to fu** off by such a talented woman," Breaugh replied.

In the Instagram post, Owens proudly kissed his wife, Simone Biles, as the couple celebrated her Olympic gold. The Bears player had a great time in Paris, even though his travel schedule to Paris was "crazy."

As the NFL season unfolds, we should get to see more of Biles cheering for her husband, Owens.
