Brock Bowers is coming off a very intense spring camp, where he showed his athleticism and versatility as the Las Vegas Raiders' newest tight end. He has another opportunity to put those traits on display when summer camp begins next month. But until then, he will be enjoying the summer break with his girlfriend Cameron Rose Newell.

On Wednesday, she shared images of the two vacationing in San Diego, mainly dining out, enjoying the beeach and watching Padres games. Two of the images feature a custom Padres jersey, with the 10th overall pick's name and jersey number 89 at the back:

Brock Bowers spotted at Napa music festival with Cameron Rose Newell during spring camp

Of course, the Raiders' spring camp was not continuous. It also had breaks in between, and Bowers used one of them to attend a music festival in his hometown.

It's no secret that the former Georgia Bulldog loves California, as he was born in that state. Late last month, he brought Newell with him to BottleRock, a music festival in his birthplace of Napa.

The festival took place from May 24 to 26, but Newell's Instagram recap came two days later. Based on the images, the two had an excellent time:

Analyst predicts Brock Bowers making All-Rookie Team

Expectations for the Las Vegas Raiders in Brock Bowers' first season as a pro should be low, given the lack of quality at quarterback.

Both Gardner Minshew and Aidan O' Connell had been backups in 2023 before being thrust into starting roles. While they performed respectably, neither figures to be a long-term solution.

However, for NFL.com's Chad Reuter, that shouldn't prevent the six-foot-three 243-pounder from being the best rookie at his position once the All-Rookie Teams are announced in early 2025:

"Bowers will be a matchup problem for most linebackers and safeties with his quickness, strength and strong hands, giving Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers a foil to stretch defenses vertically and horizontally.
"While it’s not the strongest part of his game, Bowers should also earn respect for his run blocking on the outside."

Besides Bowers, two more Raiders also make Reuter's cut: Jackson Powers-Johnson at guard (instead of his former center position, which instead goes to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Graham Barton) and Tommy Eichenberg at linebacker.
