On Thursday, Deshaun Watson's girlfriend Jilly Anais celebrated her birthday. Anais shared several photos in an Instagram post of a photo shoot celebrating her big day.
In the Instagram caption, Anais referred to her birthday as "blessed."

In the photos, Jilly Anais can be seen wearing a gold, strapless dress. The top was a corset with the bottom more of a fit and flare look. Anais had different poses in the photos where she wore matching gold earrings.
Within two hours of Jilly Anais posting the photos of her birthday photo shoot, she had over 98,000 likes on the Instagram post.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson took time on Thursday afternoon to wish his longtime girlfriend, Jilly Anais, a "Happy Birthday." The quarterback called Anais his "Queen" and told her to continue to "inspire" others and how excited he was to celebrate her on her big day.

The Cleveland Browns quarterback shared photos of Jilly Anais and himself on vacation as well as other times throughout the year. The couple met in 2019 while guests at separate events at the same location in Los Angeles, California. They reconnected through social media and began dating a few months later.
Watson, who suffered an season-ending Achilles injury on October 20, has been working hard to rehabilitate his injury to prepare for the 2025 NFL season. A question of whether the Cleveland Browns quarterback can stay healthy continue to linger as he has yet to play a full season with the season since he was traded in 2022.
