Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek met at a Goodwill Charity event in 2013. Kostek was a Patriots cheerleader, and Gronkowski was a member of the team. She disclosed in an Instagram post that Gronk gave her his number via a friend, and she defied the patriotic cheerleader's rule by Facetiming the celebrity, which sparked their affair. Since Kostek was the team's cheerleader, the two kept their relationship a secret.

In 2015, the duo formally announced their relationship status.

Gronkowski has recorded 521 receptions for 7,861 yards and 79 touchdowns in his 11-year career. He has played for the Patriots for nine seasons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for two seasons. In addition to being a member of the NFL's 2010 All-Decade Team and NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time Team, he has won four Super Bowls.

Since leaving the NFL, he has owned a number of businesses, such as Ice Shaker, a firm his brother owns, and Gronk Fitness, a company he co-owns with his brother that sells exercise equipment. At the moment, he works for Fox as a studio analyst.
