Top-rated prospect Bryce Young of Alabama was expected to catch a lot of people's attention in the upcoming NFL combine. Unfortunately, he won't be throwing at the event.
As per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, C.J. Stroud of Ohio State will be throwing at the combine, but Young will only be doing interviews. He is set to make throws at his Pro Day.
Young has already impressed everyone during his time with Alabama. He failed to win a national championship with them but solidified his spot as one of the best quarterbacks coming out of college.

NFL Draft 2023: Bryce Young touted to be the first overall pick
The Chicago Bears currently have the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft, but are open to trading it. It gives other teams an opportunity to get the first overall pick and use it to draft Bryce Young.
The Indianapolis Colts are expected to engage in trade talks with the Bears as they are more than eager to have Young as their quarterback. The former Alabama quarterback will be in a great situation if he lands with the Colts as they have many good players to support their quarterback.
Other teams will also look to engage in trade talks with the Bears as a player like Young is hard to pass on. Despite his small size, Young has proved at the college level that he can lead a team from the front, and he will hope to translate that into the NFL.
Although Young will not be throwing at the combine, the quarterback's measurements will shed more light on his size, piqueing the attention of league personnel.
