Earlier this month, rumors hinted at a relationship between Tom Brady's ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and Jeffrey Soffer. However, before the rumors could get worse, the supermodel seems to have put an end to them.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Bundchen rubbished the controversial claims and mentioned how she was devastated by the rumors surrounding her personal life.
“I have zero relationship with him in any way,” Bündchen declaired. “He’s Tom’s friend, not my friend. I wouldn’t be with his friend. I wouldn’t be with this guy.
“I mean, puh-leeze. They were saying I’m with this guy, he’s old, because he’s got money—it’s ridiculous."

Bundchen also wondered how such a rumor could benefit anyone. She even addressed the implications behind the rumors, which claimed she was dating the billionaire for money.
Furthermore, it was one of her sisters that shared the story with her.
"Who benefits from this?" Bundchen asked. "Why would somebody plant something like this? There’s only one reason. They want to make me look like something I’m not.”
Ultimately, it is not easy to deal with online hate and rumors. Bundchen just wants everyone to leave her alone:
"I just want to go do my job and raise my children in peace.”
