The fourth quarter of Bills vs Cardinals on Sunday prompted some concern over a potential injury for Josh Allen.
Midway through the final quarter, the Bills QB forced a touchdown but got shoved by two Cardinals players. Allen eventually landed on his left hand while trying to shield the ball and stood up grimacing. After he emerged back in the game, his hand was heavily taped, adding further cause for concern.
Considering the fact that the Bills have a short turnaround for Thursday Night Football's showdown against the 1-0 Miami Dolphins, the Bills will be in wait-and-watch mode regarding Josh Allen's injury status for Week 2.

Week 2 Bills injury report: Is Josh Allen questionable vs Dolphins?
Allen tried to quell concerns over his injury, telling reporters that he was "fine" despite being taped up. Allen told ESPN:
"We'll find out -- I'm not quite sure. I'm not a doctor. But [I] just kind of landed on it, I guess."
Dr. Jesse Morse, who analzyes footage of NFL players' injuries, had this to say about Allen's injury:
“If you watch this play, you can see he’s holding the ball and he kind of holds his right elbow with his left hand and lands really hard on it trying to keep hold of the ball.
“The adrenaline and the swelling probably hadn’t kicked in yet.
Best case scenario this is a sprain and a bruise but there are several metacarpal bones in their that you can technically fracture. The good news is that this is his non-throwing hand.”
Allen was, however, listed on Monday's injury report after the Bills conducted a walk-through practice session. He was listed as a full participant which means he is more than likely to play against the Dolphins on Thursday night.
Resilient quarterback that he is, despite picking up a hand injury, Allen racked up his fourth career game with two-plus passing TDs and two-plus rush TDs. He's now tied with Hall of Fame signal caller Steve Young for the most games with that stat line in NFL history.
Update on Josh Allen's status vs Dolphins
As per Ian Rapoport, Josh Allen will play against the Dolphins. However, the team has ruled out CB Toran Johnson and DE Dawuane Smoot.
