A hamstring injury typically requires four to eight weeks to heal, and Allen is now dealing with one.

He was seen practicing with the team in all the practice sessions, but for a limited time. Allen only did individual work before leaving the field to do rehab once the team moved into group periods.

Allen was listed as doubtful after the final team practice and will most probably miss Monday's game against the Broncos. Since Allen's injury, Mike Williams has so far stepped up to the plate. This season, Williams has participated in five games and has 28 catches for 392 yards and two touchdowns.

Allen might miss this week's game but has shown great improvement in his health. There is a high chance that he will play in week 7 game against the Seattle Seahawks next Sunday. But as of now, it is not advisable to start with him this week.
