The Los Angeles Rams dominated the Minnesota Vikings in a 27-9 win, ending the Wild Card Round in strong fashion with an upset. Even though the Rams had the higher seed due to being division winners, they weren't able to play against the Vikings at their home stadium.

After Week 18, the duel was moved from SoFi Stadium to the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The city of Los Angeles has been extremely affected by wildfires, and for a matter of security, the league decided to move the game to a safer place, but close enough to still make this a home game for the Rams.

After the dominant win, speaking with ESPN reporter Lisa Salters, quarterback Matthew Stafford dedicated the triumph to the city who have been affected, with many Los Angeles habitants losing homes due to the tragedy:

"I mean, we knew what we were playing for today. It was "go get this win", but man, this is for the people of Los Angeles struggling right now. It's been unbelievable to watch the whole community, the state, the country kind of get behind them. It's a tough time to be back there, and we're just happy that we came out and played like this to give (Los Angeles) something to be happy about tonight."

Minutes later, he echoed the same sentiment to Scott Van Pelt as he appeared on ESPN's SportsCenter:

"We just know what's going on back home, felt really motivated to play for the people of the city. It's been a hell of a week, so we're happy to come out with a win."

Who will the Rams play in the NFC Divisional Round? Will they play in Los Angeles?

Fresh off their win over the Vikings, the team will now travel to Philadelphia to play against the Eagles. Jalen Hurts' team will host the game because they hold a higher seed in the NFC playoffs.

The game will be played on Sunday, January 19, at 3 p.m. ET. The Eagles opened the game as 6-point favorites.

If they pull the upset, the Rams will play the winner of the other Divisional Round game between the Washington Commanders and the Detroit Lions. By virtue of seeding, the game against the Commanders would be in Los Angeles, while the game against the Lions would be in Detroit.
