After beating the Dallas Cowboys on Oct. 27, Nick Bosa interrupted an NBC reporter speaking to teammates Brock Purdy, Isaac Guerendo, and George Kittle by coming up behind Purdy and showing off his MAGA cap to the camera before leaving again.

The NFL is strictly against players making visual political statements that have not been approved by the league, so everyone knew that trouble was coming for the San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman. But it still hasn't.

Some reporters caught up with Bosa in the locker room and asked him about the potential fine. Bosa said that he hadn't been served a notice asking him to pay up yet. A reporter pressed him on what his reaction would be if it did come his way.

"Yeah. It was well worth it. I don't think my position on speaking about it is going to change. So clearly, the nation spoke and we got what we got."

The ardent Donald Trump supporter had no qualms about having to pay a fine for the few seconds of promotion that he could do on national TV for the now-President-elect.

As per the NFL’s uniform rules, players who brandish a logo or branding that hasn't been authorized by the NFL can be fined upward of $11,000 for the violation.

The Athletic reportedly tried reaching out to the league asking why it had not taken action against Bosa yet, but it received no response.

Ex-ESPN host blasts Nick Bosa for silence over MAGA hat

Jemele Hill, an ex-ESPN analyst, did not mince words when she attacked Nick Bosa for not explaining his actions after he crashed his fellow teammates' interview to show off his MAGA hat.

She contrasted Bosa with LeBron James, who has been a vocal supporter of Trump's chief adversary, Vice President Kamala Harris.

"Oh look, LeBron was asked about a public political statement that he made and he explained IN DETAIL why he did it. Nick Bosa doesn’t have the guts to do this."

However, it was not just the former ESPN analyst who criticized Nick Bosa. QB Takeover coach Quincy Avery also called out the lineman for his stunt. He called Bosa a "weak a** dude" who didn't have the courage to explain his view in front of a microphone.

With pressure mounting on the league to penalize Bosa, will the NFL follow through?
