On Monday, Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy's fiancée, Katya Kuropas, wished him on Instagram for his 22nd birthday.
She posted pictures with McCarthy in the backdrop of a serene lakeside and captioned the post with the following message:
"Happy birthday to my most favorite person in the world. I love you to the moon & stars."

Katya wore a white top and light blue jeans, while McCarthy kept it casual in a light-colored shirt.

J.J. McCarthy proposed to Katya Kuropas in 2024
Before joining the NFL as a Minnesota Vikings quarterback, McCarthy proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Katya Kuropas.
The two met in high school at Nazareth Academy in Illinois and started dating in October 2018.
Even when McCarthy transferred to IMG Academy in Florida to keep playing football during the pandemic, their relationship stayed strong.
In January, McCarthy proposed to Katya by a beachside. After which, she shared the happy news on Instagram along with photos of the special day and captioned the happy moments:
“Me, you & Marley forever & ever."
McCarthy often speaks highly of Katya. On their second anniversary, he posted pictures of the two on Instagram and expressed his feelings for her in the caption.
"They say, once a man finds the right woman for him, he can accomplish anything,” he wrote in the caption. “I am blessed and thankful for finding the right one for me at such a young age. Honored to have spent 2 years of my life with the woman of my dreams, and excited for the years to come.”
The Vikings QB focuses on his NFL career, while Katya Kuropas is still beside him to support her man.
