It's unclear when Chase suffered the apparent shoulder injury as he played the entire game against the Washington Commanders in Week 3.

When will Ja'Marr Chase return?

Chase will likely play in the Cincinnati Bengals' crucial Week 4 game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Given that Chase played the entire week 3 game, it seems likely he will be in the lineup for week 4.

The Bengals are off to a 0-3 start and if Cincinnati is going to make the playoffs, the Bengals will need to start a lengthy winning streak starting Week 4.

Should fantasy managers be worried about Ja'Marr Chase?

Fantasy managers shouldn't be worried about Chase just yet going into Week 4.

Chase is still one of the top receivers in the NFL and is the top target for Joe Burrow. Even though he is listed with a shoulder injury, Chase is likely to play in Week 4.

In Week 3, Chase caught two touchdown passes and quarterback Joe Burrow said, via team website, that it was nice to get the connection back on track:

"We caught a couple, one in single-high coverage today. I'm not sure how much more we're going to see of that. He caught it two times and we scored two touchdowns. We'll see if teams continue to do that. I hope they do. We're going to continue to try to take advantage of our opportunities."

Chase will be one of the top fantasy options at WR in Week 4.
