Jake Funk's TikTok star wife Hannah pens farewell note to 1,000,000 community as platform gets banned in US

Super Bowl LVI champion Jake Funk's wife, Hannah Ann Sluss, is feeling sad after news of the TikTok ban in the USA came out. She is mentally preparing herself to say bye to her 11 million followers on platform.

Taking to Instagram Story, Hannah shared a screenshot of her TikTok account with 1 million followers and wrote:

"RIP TIKTOK 💔 I always loved my community over there and felt like I could truly post whatever! You will be missed!"

TikTok could be gone for good in the United States from January 19. This is because a court decision says the app must separate from its parent company, ByteDance, or it will be removed from app stores like Apple and Google.

As a result, it has worried the 170 million people in the U.S. who use TikTok every day.

TikTok said that if the U.S. government doesn’t help, the app will stop working by Sunday. The Supreme Court’s decision means that TikTok has to follow the law or it will be completely shut down.

The idea of banning TikTok came up in 2020 because of safety worries and now it’s actually happening. Former President Donald Trump agreed with this decision.

Jake Funk got married to former ‘Bachelor’ star Hannah Ann Sluss in Tuscany

On June 26, 2024, Jake Funk got hitched to Hannah Ann Sluss at a 12th-century castle in Tuscany, Italy.

"We love a happily ever after," wrote Hannah on Instagram alongside sharing photos from the D-Day.

For the wedding, Hannah sported a custom strapless gown. Meanwhile, Jake wore a tuxedo.

The lovebirds got married a year after the running back popped the big question. Taking to Instagram, Hannah shared a clip of the special moment and wrote:

"The surprise he had for me at the end 🥹 (and I swear God made the sky light up pink for me)."

Jake and Hannah, who met each other in 2021, went to Switzerland for their honeymoon.

"Traveling as husband & wife, soaking up some summer fun in our new favorite place," read the caption of Hannah's IG post as she shared pictures straight from the Swiss Alps.

Unfortunately, five months after getting hitched to his love, Jake Funk was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 5. Initially, he signed with the team on October 1, 2024 in the practice squad. This was after getting waived on August 27, 2024 by the Detroit Lions.
