Cornerback Jalen Ramsey and wide receiver Tyreek Hill were two of the top players in the NFL during the 2018 season. That season, the Chiefs faced the Jaguars in a Week 5 matchup as fans went to watch the two face off at Arrowhead Stadium.
Ramsey spoke to reporters ahead of the game about Hill and told them that the receiver was just a "return specialist" for the Chiefs.
"He's good for what he does for their team. He made All-Pro as a return specialist — let's get that right, as a return specialist—his rookie year. He went to two Pro Bowls as a return specialist. Return specialist. In two years, I made All-Pro in my position as a corner; went to the Pro Bowl as a corner. So it's not a wide receiver versus corner matchup."

To Ramsey's point, the then-Chiefs wideout was primarily used on special teams and was very effective in that role. Hill made it to the Pro Bowl two straight seasons prior as a return specialist. He led the league in punt return yards in his rookie season - 2016 - with 592 yards.
The former West Alabama star had three punts returned for touchdowns ahead of his matchup with the Jaguars All-Pro cornerback. However, Jalen Ramsey was no slouch in his role for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Like Tyreek Hill, Ramsey was a rookie in the 2016 season, finishing second in the Defensive Rookie of the Year voting.
Nonetheless, Ramsey's comments about Hill created quite a stir ahead of their game.
