Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie are expecting their fourth daughter soon. They have talked about struggling to come up with a name for her, but some name ideas are apparently off the table for them.
Speaking on her Not Gonna Lie podcast on Thursday, Kylie said (quotes start at 02:58 below):
“We are absolutely no closer to choosing a baby name. We have had absolutely no progress whatsoever. I have seen people DMing me and telling me baby name suggestions. What I will say in response to that is when you suggest a baby name, think of the nicknames that would then go along with that name."
She then mentioned which names she would not consider.

"I know a lot of great Garys but I cannot name my daughter Garrett knowing that her nickname would be Gary... Also, Merritt. I like Christmas but I don't need to feel Merry.”
She continued:
"There’s a good chance that this child doesn’t even get two Ts. I know. People are very invested in this but I just feel like a curveball might be fun. And also, we’ve run out, I think. Just prepare yourselves. If we don’t have two Ts, it’s OK and she’s still one of us."
This is not Kylie's first time discussing potential names for the fourth child on Not Gonna Lie. Two weeks back, she hinted at choosing something gender-neutral:
"We’re doing a little crossover action... Because we have Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett — so if we do a full commit to a girly name at this point, it would not sit well with the other three, I think? Eventually they’ll be like, ‘Why did they get a cute girly name?’"
Jason Kelce and wife Kylie talk about buying impending fourth daughter a new, vastly different seat
If Kylie and Jason Kelce are to be asked, they have not done much to prepare for their fourth child as opposed to their first. But there is one exception: a baby seat.
According to Kylie, she has ordered a new one for the fourth child - significantly different from what Wyatt, Bennett, and Elliott had been using. In that same episode, she said (go to 01:42):
"I ordered a new one that has a wide base and is about the height of a high chair. I did that because I have a slight concern that three older sisters may run past and clothesline her. And in her situation, it is very much a springy effect. I don't want to know what the end of that looks like."
The fourth child is due in roughly ten weeks' time, or two and a half months.
