Jason Kelce's wife Kylie revealed her superstition to help the Eagles be on the winning side. Kylie started her new podcast, "Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce," in December.
In the latest episode of her podcast, she revealed that she usually has a piece of wood to knock on as the superstition she believes in.
“I have a piece of wood to knock on throughout this segment because that’s how superstitious I am. I can’t help but feel responsible if I say something that may be considered a jinx. In which case, when you hear knocking, it’s because I have to," Kylie said.

Jason Kelce's wife, Kylie Kelce's Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, has quickly become popular among fans in just a few weeks. The podcast was launched on December 5, and in just a month, it received a nomination for the iHeartRadio Award.
Kylie announced the big news on her Instagram account by sharing a reel. She expressed surprise, saying, "Not sure how this happened," but was thankful for the nomination. She expressed gratitude to her fans, saying:
"Not sure how this happened, but this show, the one you are currently watching or listening to, Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, has received its first award nomination. NGL has been nominated for best emerging podcast at the 2025 iHeart podcast awards."
"Thank you to the NGLers who have tuned in and have enjoyed the show thus far. I know that it's for emerging show, but this is very early for awards talk. Are we sure that's like legal?" she added.
Interestingly, Jason Kelce also has his own podcast, "New Heights," which he co-hosts with his brother Travis Kelce. He also launched his late-night show, They Called It Late Night with Jason Kelce, which made its debut on ESPN on January 4.
