Jeff Ulbrich recorded his seventh loss as the New York Jets' interim head coach after the team lost to the Los Angeles Rams. However, one team member felt had he been given more opportunities during the game, things might have turned out differently.
After the game, Garrett Wilson, the team's star wideout, complained to reporters that he hadn't been given the ball enough times.
"I'd like to be involved, love to make an impact on the game, but people see it differently," Wilson said. "That's out of my control."
Wilson even posted a rant on Instagram complaining about his limited utilization during the game. During the game, Wilson was targetted just seven times, whereas Davante Adams, a fairly recent addition to the team, was targetted 13 times.

However, Jeff Ulbrich was not going to let this slide unaddressed. In a presser on Monday, the interim HC said that Wilson's complaint had been heard.
"At the end of the day, we've got to find ways to get Garrett the ball more often," Ulbrich said. "He's one of the best players on our team, if not one of the best players in this league, especially at his position."
The Jets will take on their divisional rivals, the Buffalo Bills next week. Will Ulbirch stay true to the statement he made regarding Wilson?
Garrett Wilson stuns spectators with one-handed catch vs Texans
During the Houston Texans game, the wideout made a stunning one-handed catch on a throw by Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers sent the ball flying, and Wilson, guarded by a Texans defender, leaped in the air and grabbed the ball with one hand.
Unfortunately for him and the Jets, his shin was out of bounds when he landed back on the ground, and hence the touchdown was canceled. The Jets were 14–10 when Wilson made the catch, and before that, both touchdowns were by Wilson and with just one hand.
Fans are hopeful that Wilson will be given more chances in the season's final few games so that the Jets can end the season on a positive note.
