Jordan Poyer's wife Rachel Bush slams undisciplined Dolphins players following HC Mike McDaniel's serious complaint

Miami Dolphins missed the playoffs for the first time under HC Mike McDaniel’s tenure with an 8-9 record this season. A lot is going wrong for them at the moment.

First, Tyreek Hill hinted at a possible trade following this season. Then, HC Mike McDaniel pointed out certain disciplinary issues that may have caused them to miss the playoffs.

Miami Dolphins safety, Jordan Poyer’s wife, Rachel Bush, took to X on Jan. 8 to slam the undisciplined players of the team. She wrote:

“‼️in order for any organization to succeed you need players to take their jobs seriously. Grown men. Not little boys. If you don’t have that it’s like a plague that’s spreads and those who do take their jobs seriously question why they are even there trying when others aren’t.”

Bush’s comments were based on McDaniel’s statements where he revealed that some players repeatedly committed disciplinary offences despite multiple warnings and fines. In a candid interview with the media, he acknowledged that he may have been too lenient with some of the players in the team.

“I can fine people till they are blue in the face," Coach McDaniel said. "I can take their money; I can yell at them.

"But until they understand that part of the reason that we are in (this) position is controllable and we have to (have), with absolute certainty, is zero tolerance for anything else, we have to clean the controllables up, and we can have a chance to have success together.”

He emphasized the fact that there must be changes within to regain control of the team and bring them on the path to success. Perhaps Tyreek Hill’s recent outburst is a result of all the chaos within, and Bush is trying to address the same.

Rachel Bush and her husband spent seven years at Buffalo before joining the Dolphins. So, she has a soft corner for the Bills too, and she admires the work ethic of Bills QB Josh Allen. On Dec. 3, she wrote:

“Things that have been 100% confirmed for me this year: simplicity is better; just play ball. I don’t know why everyone isn’t taking notes from Buff on this. Hard work & camaraderie beats talent any day. Lastly, what the guys started building 8 years ago in Buff can’t be replicated.”

Her comments suggest that McDaniel may have to be strict to bring in accountability and address indiscipline, as noticed in the case of the Buffalo Bills.
