The Tennessee Titans hold the top pick in the 2025 NFL draft and could take any player on the board. With the quarterback room of Will Levis and Mason Rudolph, the expectation is that they will select either Miami's Cam Ward or Colorado's Shedeur Sanders first overall.

There was an announcement on Saturday by Tennessee Titans president Chad Brinker that starting quarterback Will Levis has the chance to compete for the starting quarterback spot next season.

People on social media let their emotions know about the recent update about Will Levis.

"This makes complete sense because the QB market is so weak... this also implies they may draft Abdul Carter or Travis Hunter." CFB Analyst John Frascella commented on the post.
"He isn't that bad, just boom or bust player."
"I mean, especially if they don't pick a QB in the first, I'd assume he gets it." Another person commented

Other people are wondering if Will Levis could beat out the other quarterbacks on the free agent market or in the 2025 NFL draft.

"He'll lose the job to Cam Ward." Another person replied to the post
"Can Levis beat our Sam Darnold?" Someone else posted in the conversation

Will Levis finished the 2024 season completing 190-of-301 (63.1%) of his passes for 2,091 yards with 13 passing touchdowns to 12 interceptions. He did lose the starting job to backup Mason Rudolph but would recapture it for Week 18.

What are the odds for the first pick in the 2025 NFL draft?

With the Tennessee Titans having the ability to do anything they'd like with the first overall pick, the odds from FanDuel Sportsbook still has a quarterback as the favorite to be selected with that Titans pick to open the 2025 NFL draft. Below are the odds of the first overall pick as of this writing:

  1. Cam Ward (+130)
  2. Travis Hunter (+210)
  3. Abdul Carter (+210)
  4. Shedeur Sanders (+700)
  5. Tetairoa McMillan (+6000)
  6. Will Campbell (+6000)

The odds show Cam Ward as the likeliest option and this could be nothing but gamesmanship if the Tennessee Titans are looking to trade the selection as well. It will be interesting to see which team uses and which player gets selected with the opening pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
