Kansas City Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt’s daughter Gracie praises Taylor Swift for ‘surreal’ growth in franchise’s fanbase

Ever since Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift started dating, there has been an enormous growth in the Kansas City Chiefs fanbase. While Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt has previously credited the "Blank Space" singer for this, his daughter Gracie joined him in praising Swift during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE on Thursday.

Talking about how "special" it has been to have Swift as a part of the "Chiefs kingdom," Gracie said:

"She is absolutely incredible, as the whole world knows, and it's been such a special time to have her be a part of Chiefs Kingdom. She is just as beautiful and wonderful as you'd ever imagine her to be, so smart and intelligent."

Moving forward in the interview, Gracie also mentioned how it "feels a little bit surreal" to her that Swift has cheered for the Kansas City Chiefs for two seasons now. Gracie shared that the team's fanbase has grown "between 30 and 40%" since Swift started to attend the Chiefs games.

Gracie Hunt has been associated with the Kansas City Chiefs for more than 15 years, and being the "number one fan" has been a rewarding journey for her. Talking to PEOPLE's Skyler Caruso, Gracie discussed how the organization has fostered the culture of giving back to its community:

"When it comes to the Chiefs, there's no 'I' in 'team'. It's not about me. I am certainly so fulfilled by all the things that I have created for myself opportunity-wise outside of football. But it's been a pleasure to be of some part of something that's greater than myself, to serve where there's room and need and to be their number one fan.

"I'd say the beauty about our family organization is that there's a place for everyone. We serve in all areas, from homelessness to hunger. We've helped build homes with Habitat for Humanity. I can put up siding like no one's business! It's really just a beautiful way to bring people together and to give a sense of community."

Gracie, who looks up to her dad for how he "leads with integrity and humility" in everything, shared that she might want to take a similar professional path as him.
