Kirk Cousins may not be playing in the postseason, but he was involved in the NFL coverage this weekend. Cousins made his debut as an ESPN analyst on Saturday afternoon alongside the "Postseason NFL Countdown" crew.
The Atlanta Falcons quarterback's wife, Julie Cousins, shared a short video on Instagram of their two sons watching him on the television. Their sons Cooper and Turner had their eyes glued, happily watching their dad.
"They are so excited to watch @kirkcousins on @espn today," Julie Cousins wrote on her Instagram Story.

Kirk Cousins enjoyed his time with ESPN
Quarterback Kirk Cousins may have been demoted to backup at the end of the 2024 NFL season, but he's not giving up on his playing career yet. The quarterback shared that thought after spending Saturday with the ESPN broadcast crew.
After making his debut as an analyst, he shared photos of his experience at Arrowhead Stadium along with a group photo on Instagram. Cousins sat at the desk alongside Scott Van Pelt, Jason Kelce, Ryan Clark and Marcus Spears during the pregame show.
"Enjoyed getting to be a part of the NFL Countdown team today. What a great group of people! More left for me ON the field but enjoyed getting a taste of what they do each week to help make our league the best in the world," Cousins wrote on Instagram.
The Atlanta Falcons have stated they are comfortable with Cousins as Michael Penix Jr.'s backup. There is still some speculation that the quarterback could be traded.
