Former Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl champion Richard Sherman was spotted having a chat with cornerback Tre Brown. The Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers at Lumen Field to kick off Week 6 of the 2024 NFL season.
Sherman, who now works as an analyst, gave Brown a pregame pep talk before embracing the CB and offering him more words of encouragement, presumably.
Plenty of fans had something to say about this, with some praising Sherman for taking the time to talk with a player trying to help his team succeed like he did in the 2010s.

"Legends hyping legends! 💪🔥," one fan wrote.
"Let’s go Sherman and Brown time to bring that energy to the field 🔥🏈," another fan said.
"I hope his pep talk makes him lock everything down," another fan wrote.
Others predicted the effect of this conversation on Tre Brown and praised members of the Legion of Boom for taking the time to talk with the new generations.
"This is what gets me hyped!!! Love when the legion comes through and teaches up our boys," one fan said.
"Tre pick incoming," another fan said.
Richard Sherman met some old faces not only on the Seahawks but the 49ers. He embraced Deebo Samuel and exchanged words with the star wide receiver in a different video.
This game could have a strong effect on both teams. The Seahawks, at 3-2, can strengthen their position as the only team with a winning record in the NFC West with a victory over their divisional rivals. Meanwhile, the 49ers are looking to rebound after losing three of their last four games.
Seahawks, 49ers suffered upset losses in Week 5
Both teams are in the same position after Week 5, as they both lost to seemingly weaker teams in dramatic fashions. The Seahawks dropped a game against the New York Giants when they tried to complete a field goal to tie the game at 23. The Giants' special teams blocked the kick and returned it to the end zone to close out the game.
As for the Niners, after holding a 23-10 lead at halftime, the Cardinals scored 14 unanswered points to steal a game that looked easy for Brock Purdy and Co. They are now set to make a statement and get things back on track.
