Matthew Stafford's wife, Kelly, has some advice for Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift, who often catch attention online. The two have grown to be close friends, even spotted at Swift's Rhode Island mansion. Brittany and Swift are a fairy recent duo at the NFL sidelines.

Stafford's wife, who married the Los Angeles Rams QB in 2015, believes the two have their thing sorted but shared some advice about dealing with unwanted noise.

"Something that I wish someone would have told me coming into this is, 'Don't lose yourself,'" told E! News in an exclusive interview.

"I would say, 'Don't try to become the person that everybody else wants you to become,'" the 35-year-old continued. "Because that's what I did and I lost who I was. And that goes with personality, looks, all of it."

According to Kelly Stafford, people will always be there to tell them what they look like or what they should say or not. But they have to remember the person their partner 'fell in love with'.

"You can't cancel out all the noise," she added, "but try to listen to yourself before you listen to anybody else."

While speaking to E! News, Kelly also discussed her podcast, The Morning After with Kelly Stafford and Hank, and how her husband reacted to it.

Although she was always supportive, Kelly revealed that she felt 'horrible' for letting her podcast interfere with Stafford's work.

"It really affected his locker room. So that was the one time he was like, 'Listen, talk about whatever you want, but don't talk about anything that can affect my locker room'. And I felt horrible that entire month about that."
