Matthew Stafford jokingly labels wife Kelly 'psychopath' following bizarre food choice revelation

It's common for couples to have a totally different taste and preferences when it comes to food, and that's certainly true for Matthew and Kelly Stafford. In fact, Kelly revealed a unique food choice that led Rams quarterback Matthew to label her as a psychopath.

In Thursday's episode of "The Morning After" podcast, Kelly Stafford shared her preferred way of eating a hot dog, which didn't land well with Matthew Stafford. So when podcast host, Hank Winchester asked Kelly:

"What do you put on your hot dog?" (42:54)

Kelly replied, saying:

"Nothing. Bare. I want to taste all of it."

Matthew Stafford had a hard time digesting her food choice and reacting to it, said:

"I didn't know I was married to a psychopath."

Before talking about her unique food choices, Matthew Stafford and Kelly recalled their first-ever visit to the principal's office following their daughter's prank at school. Kelly expressed how ‘it sucks’ that her kids feel more safe to talk about their troubles with Matthew over her.

"Matthew's holding her, and he's like, 'Okay, you can tell her,' and then she won't tell me. He's like, 'Do you want me to tell her?' and she's like, 'Yeah,' which makes me feel horrible that she can't even tell me what's going on. One, it sucks," Kelly said. (11:25)

"But two, I'm like, 'you're right here. Thank God I have a partner who they feel very comfortable with. But when you told me she went to the principal today and my mind was like 'oh fu*k'," Kelly further added.

Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly recalled a scary dining disaster

In an episode of "The Morning After" podcast earlier this month, Kelly recalled a bizarre dining incident that 'scarred' her for life. Recalling the dinner disaster, she said:

"We went to the Red Lobster in Athens, Georgia. I'll never forget this story, y'all. We sat down. Matthew is very particular, like he sits down and sees something that could possibly make him feel nauseous. He can't eat there. We sat down at IHOP. Some man had brain surgery.”

"It was like an open wound situation, and he [Matthew] was like, 'Oh my God, I can't eat here,' and then we went to Red Lobster. And there was a very out-of-shape man. And he was lifting up to fart and going back down. That absolutely has scarred me," Kelly concluded. [3:06]

Kelly Stafford attended the Rams' Week 7 win against the Raiders, along with her daughters. The influencer recently talked about how she felt it was a waste of money buying tickets to VIP suites for kids when they were least interested in enjoying the game.
