Los Angeles has been battling with horrifying wildfire since last Wednesday. So far, more than 25 people have lost their lives, with thousands of citizens turning homeless after the wildfire burned their homes. Amid the ongoing devastation, the first responders have been working day and night to save LA.
However, Los Angeles Rams star Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly feels the first responders don't get enough appreciation. Thus, during Tuesday's episode of the "The Morning After" podcast, Kelly shared an appreciation message for the first responders. Praising the heroes that have been helping to save the city, Kelly said:
"I've never seen anything like this. Just the devastation that has run through California and I could not imagine being a first responder right now. The hours that they are putting in.
"I mean you think about fighting an inferno just like or being in an inferno for countless hours and every second the fires were popping up all over."

"I just pray for the safety of these individuals and for God to come in the hearts of their families and protect them. We don't thank our First Responders enough ever. You know it always takes something like this for everyone to go to the firehouses and to thank them but really we should be doing that all the time," Kelly further added.
Talking about the Rams, the Arizona Cardinals helped the players and their families to evacuate from Los Angeles amidst the wildfire by sending planes for them. Kelly later praised the Cardinals for their contributions through her social media.
Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly recapped feeling special 'energy' during Rams vs Vikings
Kelly Stafford visited the State Farm Stadium along with her daughters to cheer for Matthew Stafford during the Rams Wild Card Round against the Vikings. Moving forward in the podcast, Kelly recapped her NFL Playoffs experience and recalled feeling a special “energy” walking inside the Stadium.
"I mean and we'll get there but it just meant so much more and you could feel it in that Arizona Cardinal stadium. Also shout out to the and the Cardinals for honestly opening their home um to our team, sending their planes to pick us all up and we'll get into all this. But you really did feel that energy," Kelly said.
"And walking into that Stadium, it almost felt like we didn't have just 11 players on that field. We had a whole city on that field. It's crazy how life continues. It doesn't feel like we should have played a football game with what has been going on here. But you also realize that moving on gives people hope," Kelly concluded.
Kelly Stafford attended the game with her daughters who were suffering from high fever. Thus, before the game, Kelly took them to hospital and shared a glimpse into the same through her social media.
