Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly attended the Los Angeles Rams' Wild Card Round win against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday. To cheer for Matthew, Kelly adored a customized outfit designed to give a special tribute to the firefighters of Los Angeles battling the ongoing wildfire crisis.

Kelly Stafford visited the State Farm Stadium with her kids and her friend Jess Clausen, who posted a picture of the podcaster's outfit on her Instagram. On Tuesday, Kelly reshared the same on her IG story showing off her special jersey.

The back of Kelly's jersey T-shirt featured a fire water hydrant with its arms around the number '68' above which the inscription read: "LA. Co. Fire Dept. CALABASAS." Apart from this special tribute, Kelly also shared an appreciation message for firefighters in Tuesday's episode of her "The Morning After" podcast.

"I've never seen anything like this. Just the devastation that has run through California and I could not imagine being a first responder right now. The hours that they are putting in. I mean you think about fighting an inferno just like or being in an inferno for countless hours and every second the fires were popping up all over," Kelly said.

"I just pray for the safety of these individuals and for God to come in the hearts of their families and protect them. We don't thank our First Responders enough ever. You know it always takes something like this for everyone to go to the firehouses and to thank them but really we should be doing that all the time," Kelly further added. (0:38)

Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly highlighted motive of Rams playing against Vikings despite LA's horrifying wildfire battles

Moving forward in the podcast, Kelly Stafford talked about why the Rams played the Wild Card Round against the Vikings, knowing LA has been suffering from horrifying wildfire. Kelly expressed how the game gave people "hope" amidst all the heartbreaking things going on in the city. Talking about the same, Kelly said:

"Shout out to the and the Cardinals for honestly opening their home um to our team, sending their planes to pick us all up and we'll get into all this. But you really did feel that energy. And walking into that Stadium, it almost felt like we didn't have just 11 players on that field. We had a whole city on that field."
"It's crazy how life continues. It doesn't feel like we should have played a football game with what has been going on here. But you also realize that moving on gives people hope. You know if we all sat here and if that game wasn't played you know there wouldn't be this just sets of rally," Kelly added. (3:55)

The LA wildfire crisis has taken a bad toll on Kelly Stafford's mental health. The podcaster previously revealed how she has been suffering from "insomnia" due to the heartbreaking condition of LA.
