The Los Angeles Rams didn’t just lose the NFL Divisional Round game to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday but also their chances to reach the Super Bowl. However, despite the Rams' 22-28 loss to the Eagles, Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly Hall is proud of the quarterback for his performance throughout the season.
In the latest episode of "The Morning After" podcast on Wednesday, Kelly Stafford shared her take on the Rams' NFL Divisional Round loss to the Eagles. Kelly expressed how it was an "incredible season," and she was "so proud" of her husband Matthew.
"It was an incredible season," she said [1:12]. "I'm so proud of Matthew. I mean he's just he is a natural leader um and I think it's easy for those guys to just believe in him and anytime he's got the ball in his hands they know that they've got the best shot out of any team out there."

Moving forward in the podcast, Kelly Stafford also talked about the Philadelphia Eagles using the "home field advantage" to beat the Rams. Talking about how the Rams would have won if there wasn't any "snow" on the field, Kelly explained:
"I do believe if there was no snow in that game we would have won that game. I don't even think it would have been a game because honestly I mean it wouldn't have. But that is why home field is a thing in the playoffs that is why Philly wants to play at their home because they know how to do the element well and things like that." (5:28)
Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly hinted at QB's possible NFL retirement
Following the Los Angeles Rams' loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, there have been speculations about Matthew Stafford's retirement. The speculations got stronger when the quarterback's wife Kelly shared a cryptic Instagram post, hinting at his possible NFL retirement.
"Aren't enough words to express how proud I am. I joke about us being old and tired but honestly I could never get tired of watching you out there or watching our girls cheer for their daddy. I'm wondering if this is the end or not... guess we will find out," Kelly wrote via IG.
Matthew Stafford's family was among the many residents who experienced emergency evacuation last week due to the wildfire in Los Angeles. Kelly Stafford later recalled her "stomach drop" experience going through the evacuation.
